Biography
I am a Research Assistant at the Power Electronics Lab. of the University of Tehran working on Multi-Terminal DC grids with my supervisor Dr. Mohsen Hamzeh. My Master's thesis is about a DC-DC Converter (Known as a current flow controller-CFC) that could control the power flow of DC grids. For this reason, with my colleagues, we are making a Hybrid AC/DC gird containing three 3-Phase Inverters (3kW, ±100V) whose DC links would connect with some transmission lines and make a prototype of a VSC-based MT-DC Grid. As a research assistant in the Lab, with my colleagues, we are adding to the current 3phase Inverter the ability to make virtual neutral in the scenario of disconnecting the neutral wire for the National Elite Foundation. Concerning other Industrial projects, I was selected for the National Elite Foundation team to make three Solar Power Optimizers (MPPT) with buck-boost topology last year. Also, once, I was a power electronic engineer working on the Battery Management Systems (BMS) of Electric Vehicles at the Vehicle, Fuel, and Environment Research.
